Cancellation Policies

TO ENSURE FAIRNESS TO ALL OF OUR MEMBERS, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES.

These policies are in place to ensure we respect each others time & effort: our instructors, staff, YOU, our community. Thank you for your continued support of our small business. XOXO, Team Stronger

Cancellation Policies:

Early Cancel: Cancel class 12 hours or more prior to class time

Late Cancel: Cancel class less than 12 hours prior to class time

No Show: Failure to Cancel out of class prior to class time

NO SAME DAY SWITCHES: you may cancel & rebook, but cancellation policy applies.

Each pricing option has it's own Policy:

Class Count Packages: 1, 5 or Perfect 10

Early Cancel: Class is returned to your account

Late Cancel: Class is not returned to your account

No Show: Class is not returned to your account + $25 Fee

Monthly Unlimited:

Early Cancel: No Penalty

Late Cancel: $15 Fee

No Show: $25 Fee

Auto-Renew Cancellations and Holds:

  • Cancelling your auto-renew memberships:

    • Monthly Unlimited: After your first renewal, please email the studio at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

    • The Perfect 10: After your first renewal, please email the studio prior to booking your 10th Class.

  • Pause your monthly membership: Going on a trip? Injured? Need a break? Every auto-renewing membership will receive one complementary 2 week hold per year. This means instead of being billed at the 30 day mark, we will pause your membership and push out the billing date 2 weeks. This way you are not paying for time/classes you aren’t able to use. If you need more than 2 weeks, you can pause your membership for $35/month.
