My goal was to build a fitness space and community that was inclusive, inspirational, empowering, and supportive; Come as you are. Having been an instructor, I knew how important, if not the most important, they are to the culture.
By providing a great work environment, we help attract/retain great people who align with our values, are professional and passionate about what they do.

About Stronger:
Hi, I’m Meg. I founded Stronger in 2021. Lagree student (2012) turned instructor in 2017;
After years in corporate, I was ready to do my own thing, like I always wanted. After setbacks and red tape, Los Alamitos opened Nov. 2021. Our second location opened late 2024.
I am truly grateful for the amazing people that have come into my life and excited to see our community grow.
