Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout performed on the Lagree Megaformer™. It focuses on slow, controlled movements and targeted exercises that activate slow-twitch muscle fibers, helping to build long, lean muscles.
By working muscles to failure without recovery, you maximize results in minimal time while developing muscle tone and strength. We offer modifications to adjust the intensity, making it adaptable for all fitness levels and preventing training plateaus.
During class, you'll perform slow movements, isometric holds, and quick transitions between exercises. Movements are "blocked" by body part—obliques/core, upper body, and legs—with each exercise done for a set time to bring the muscles to fatigue.

First Class? Please arrive 15 min before class time, so we can introduce you to the Mega. Please let instructors know of any questions, injuries or modifications you have!
Been before? Please try to be on your mega 5 min. before class begins.
Grip socks are MANDATORY, if you do not own a pair, we sell a wide variety of colors and sizes in studio.

Be on Time:
Arrive with enough time to be on your Mega, ready to go, 5 minutes before class. We recommend arriving around 10 minutes early, 15 if you have questions or would like to go over anything with your instructor.
If you will be more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted into class due to safety reasons.
No Cellphone Use During Class.
This is distracting for clients and trainers, causing a safety issue. If you need to use your phone, please take it to the front of the studio or outside.
Judgment & Drama Free Zone:
Don’t get us wrong we LOVE some dramatic flare, but let's keep it fun. It is our goal to create a safe, supportive space for everyone. If you ever encounter an issue, please let us know. We have the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance with their contract.
If You Are Sick, Stay Home:
We take the health and safety of our members and staff very seriously. If you are having symptoms of any type of illness or communicable disease (including but not limited to fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat) or else are uncertain of your health or risk of transmission, you agree not to join or participate in the Activities. Our staff reserves the right to ask you to leave if you come to class presenting any symptoms.

HOW TO USE IT:
If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist and assume you WILL get in. Two ways you are notified of waitlist.
If a spot opens up 12+ hours prior to class, you’ll get an automated notification you’ve been AUTOMATICALLY ADDED to class.
Someone late cancels/a spot opens after the 12 hour mark - you will receive a text letting you know you can book it if you want! YOU will have to add yourself to class.
Late cancel policy applies. If you are added from the waitlist & cancel after the 12 hour window, it is a late cancel.
PRO TIPS:
BE OPTED IN to Text and Email. We do not except not receiving notifications as an excuse for missed class.
CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE! you are subject to late/no show fees once you are added from the waitlist.
If it is after the 12 hour window, you won’t be added, however, check back for late canceled spots that open up and put yourself into class.

Early Cancel: Cancel class 12 hours or more prior to class time
Late Cancel: Cancel class less than 12 hours prior to class time
No Show: Failure to Cancel out of class prior to class time

Auto-Renew and Accout Holds:
Did you know you can pause your account: Have a trip? Injured? Need a break?
Every auto-renew membership will receive one complementary 30 day hold per year. You must provide 14 day notice by filling out the request form. If you are set to renew w/in 7 days the account will renew prior to the pause. This will change your billing date. If you need more than 4 weeks, you can pause your membership for $50/month. We do make exceptions for maternity and health/medical.

Cancelling your auto-renew memberships:
All auto renew contracts must renew 1x, then you may cancel anytime by filling out the form or emailing, according to the contract terms
Monthly Unlimited: After your first renewal, you may cancel via request form, must at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
Perfect 10: After your first renewal, submit request prior to booking your 10th Class.
