What is Lagree?

Lagree is a high intensity low impact full body workout. The Lagree Fitness Method provides fast results. The low impact workout done on the Lagree Megaformer™ machine features targeted exercises done at a slow, controlled pace, activating slow twitch muscle fibers to build long lean muscles. By working muscles to failure with no recovery creates a workout maximum benefits in a minimal amount of time and develops muscle tone and strength. We can offer modifications to make it decrease or increase the intensity, allowing us to adapt for all levels and preventing clients from reaching a training plateau.

During Class:

  • SLOW movements and Isometric holds with quick transitions between each move.

  • The exercises are “blocked” together based on body part. Obliques/Core, upper body, Legs. Each move is done for a specific amount of time allowing us to bring the muscles to fatigue.
